Healthy behavior and physical activity give the experience of positive choices yielding excellent results. Our programs enable them to take charge of their health, which ultimately leads them to take control of their education and future.

Mentors in Motion℠

Mentors In Motion provides teens with marketable skills, valuable work experience, as well as the opportunity to earn money and contribute to their own communities. Teens work with adult role models, discover their own leadership strengths, and in turn, become leaders and role models for younger students in their community.

Nourishing Matters℠

Nourishing Matters training is a unique and highly interactive nutrition workshop that guides participants through a self-discovery process to explore a new perspective on health and wellness. Participants explore relationships with food and its various impacts on our health and well-being and develop awareness for making informed choices about health.

Physical Activity Leadership

PAL interactive workshops increase the participants’ understanding about what quality physical activity really means. Participants learn everything from how to lead warm-ups and track heart rates to how to incorporate math and literacy into physical activity with students of all ages, skill levels and physical abilities.
